Half way through. Some notes so far:
- This novel is written in the past habitual tense, mostly with sentences such as "They would go to the park in the beautiful summer mornings", which gives the feeling of a perpetual repeated action.
- The two main characters are so united and uniform in their story that so far absolutely no individual characteristics has been painted on any of them.
