what are your thoughts of it so far? i've been thinking about whether i should pick this up or not for a year.

@alva Imo if you loved the first book and if you're a romance reader you should read it. This first one was mid for me and I like this one less so far. The focus is on the two MCs, a lot of back and forth, really tropey, the plot isn't strong. How did you like the first one?
it was a bit meh for me, i'm not going to lie. i'm sorry that you're not enjoying it! i will probably not pick it up then, because plot is very important to me lol. thank you!
