Good story though somewhat predictable which is unusual for an Allon installment. I expect a curve ball will cross the plate close to the conclusion

Interesting how Silva moves the plot from rescuing the English girl to removing the criminals that kidnapped her which is an area Allon excels at.

Very interesting turn of events. The kidnapper is extremely smart but likely not smart enough since he's dealing with Allon and Keller

Taught, well paced and filled with mystery. This is what great writing is about and Silva is one of the best

Very snappy dialog between the two assassins, the sort that is rare with Silva. And for that I am truly grateful. This installment is not only unique but fun to read as well!

Always a pleasure to see Allon and Keller working together only here they're like a dangerous comedy team. It's this sort of thing that makes the story fun yet mysterious.

One of the few times I've seen Silva add sarcastic humor between two assassins which in this case are Allon and Keller. It's fun nonetheless

Good seeing Allon return to Corsica along with Don Orsati and Christopher Keller since they're both great characters. It's also good to see the Corsican gypsy who reads oil drops on water. Looks to be another great story

The hunt for the missing English girl that slept with the prime minister while her captors may use blackmail or something worse. Good hunting Allon!
