Cara > Status Update

It doesn’t look like I’ll meet my reading goal this year. 2025 has been perilous. I lost a soulmate dog to cancer, my first dog as an adult passed away due to an illness that took her way sooner than we thought it would. I am not usually big on new years, but I am ready for a fresh start with hopefully less heartache. Despite not reading 52 books, I am proud of me for surviving and still reading!
