Not understand how Darren and Marie are blaming Joey’s downfall on Aoeife? Like wtf lol this book is so good — might be the first 5 star in this series for me. Shows the rawness of child abuse/domestic violence and its impacts on multiple generations.

This book is fucking devastating 😭 this is too much — in the best way lol but honestly I couldn’t imagine being Joey and having to deal with all this at 18.
