I can't remember what the dishes in the previous two books were but I feel like we've had omurice before? There's also a lot of yoshoku in this one. Like I feel like the Pakistani equivalent would be biryani, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and like chapli kebab. What if I want bhindi???
