Roman is at the war with Iris and Attie as a correspondent?
Oh my god this!!!
Seriously this is what I live for on fantasy romance the fact he’s the man from the letters and is willing to risk everything for her.
Like excuse me while I sob violently this is everything to me!!!

The sirens are a terrifying concept and remind me of how the British people were resilient during The Blitz in WW2.
Also I actually feel that Marisol is connected to the story of the 3 magic type writers and truly I do hope I am correct.
The other type writer is 110% romans because why else were Iris and Roman able to communicate hm?

“She left the Oath Gazette and never looked back.”
And here we go we are getting into the fantasy aspect when Iris begins to look for Forest her brother and suffice to say, I have never been more excited in my life for a new section to begin in a book.
This is phenomenal and I think Roman will be back his story is not done yet I can guarantee that.

Yeah no Roman’s family remind me of the days of old when the rich would continue to marry within themselves.
Conversationally it also reminds me of Harry Potter with the sacred 28 in terms of them being the richest and wealthiest in society.
Also Roman gives me seriously strong Draco Malfoy vibes and his father reminds me of movie Lucius Malfoy.
Because let’s be real, book is different.

Yeah no the premise of this book is extremely intriguing and I am very much so enjoying this as it is different from what I have read previously within the fantasy genre.
It is as if it were set in 1939 with the introduction of inflation of food prices and lesser quality of food.
But then again that follows this time in history when the UK did start sending higher quality food to the front line.
