Ok I didn't see that one coming.

I think this book could have done well of being spread out over a timeline because instead it just feels very rushed

ah yes i see nothing wrong with this plan. nothing. sure we can seduce someone competently this seems entirely in character and not out of left field

I am a sucker for a grumpy mentor I fear

two nits to pick:
- why are we using modern jokes and terms. stop.
- also you cannot hate him most in the world you have known him for less than a week

is that sapphicism i smell? perhaps not but I've got to have some way to entertain myself so I declare that it is. marcherie i see you
