damn i thought this was gonna get five stars. the theory is fine and all but his experience told me everything i needed to know. the first part spoke for itself, second feels weak in comparison. maybe it's just that it reads like a textbook.

i thought i'd finish it in a day or two but it's incredibly hard to get through. probably going to be five stars (maybe four idk). it's a goldmine from a psychological perspective.

Val~ I think that’s the point of this book. The first part to be an introduction so people can get to know the author and how he got to develop his work afterwards.

I don't disagree with you but for me it's an expectation thing, I thought the majority of the book would be about his experience and logotherapy would be the last chapter. I mean, the concept of logotherapy is original but the first part had me mindblown.

I've read through a few more chapters on logotherapy since then and at first it didn't strike me as credible, and though I still don't fully believe in it, I find that it makes much more sense than before.
