How old is Dr. Petrov??? I’ve always imagined him to be OLD, like in his 40s, and it’s so WEIRD to have him and Violet into each other. 😭

I wonder why it matters that Violet stilled when Dr. Petrov said Violet’s name with a small v, like the flower. Does this possibly mean he doesn’t see her as a person? Perhaps bc she’s an “ex-con”? I wonderrrrr

Also, I wonder if book clubs in prison are an actual thing; and if so, then how helpful are they with rehabilitating inmates? Have they been successful? Hmm
