@Daniel it was bringing back memories of needing to borrow audiobooks out from the library on CD because audible didnโt exist yet and audiobooks were insanely expensive to buy ๐ what a time
I'm so loving your enjoyment of this series! As you note, I think I read it...30...years...ago...! ACK!!! But should re-read. It is wonderful! โฅ๏ธ
@Sandy its been wonderful! I binged a heap of book 2 yesterday and have like 3 hours left and its all I can think about lol (there is quite a lot of other person elements in the first half of book 2 just as an FYI in case you have forgotten haha)

Back then I wasn't reading it for romance, I was in my Epic Fantasy Era, so probably didn't mind OP stuff the way I would now. Thank you indeed for the reminder!
@Sandy hahaha you are so welcome. At least I can understand the function it serves here and the plot is WILD so it's easy to be distracted lol
@Merry isn't it great lol the funniest bit is that the CDs have been turned into a digital audio so they could have edited it out but it's just been left there lol
