The execution of every scene and plot twist is lacking and illogical.
Darcy has just arrived at Pemberley one day ago, and suddenly with no warning at all, Bingley opens a door into Darcy’s study with no warning, no letter or message, no announcement, and his excuse? The lack of logic here is so astounding that there seem to be two (or more) parallel timelines here, where characters are & aren’t, know & don’t know stuff at the same time [that’s insane, I know!]

Since Elizabeth is already told of a BIG SECRET, and warned about a serious, credible life threat to her, OF COURSE her next step would be to confess this big secret to Wickham and jump on a hired coach on a 3-day journey, accompanied by one Mrs Young, with the nonsensical intent of asking protection from Wickham’s mother at Pemberley [applause! ]

I read one of her books, and it started well and then stopped making sense. I thought it might be her first attempt. I looked at her author page and discovered she’d written many books, including books on how to write “fast” and how to write using AI. And then I understood why the story was so weird and nonsensical.

Gosh !!!! It’s horrible — why do “authors” disrespect themselves in this way ??? There are serious logic and continuity flaws, they are glaring, there’s no way a functioning adult could write such plotlines [ hahaha, bitter laughter here ]
I'm pretty sure such "authors" only care about making money by targeting a popular sub-genre like P&P variations.
Sadly, that’s the case here…
