I feel like the sentiment of the celibacy thing is to not get attached to someone you care more about than the pact— which living with her, being obsessed with her, jerking her off is all kind of having the impact that the pact aims to protect against in theory

My theory is that because the first and only book I’ve read from her the FMC wasn’t truly a STEM girly (Misery was a computer hacker or something), I haven’t gotten the full AH experience. The STEM bits are so great because you can TELL she actually cares and is knowledgeable— write what you know!!!
