I want to make it to 35 so bad but I have so much left in two long and dragging books… this is interesting and makes me think I couldn’t be a therapist. (Which is what I’ve been thinking about for a while)
Idk it was a triggering story and I need to take it with a grain of salt bc guess the author is fucked up I guess.

This book takes ten years to read because it’s incredibly triggering BUT part five is awesome and not triggering
Also this author is kinda evil ig

The first half of this book was traumatizing and kinda horrible and not worth it. Part 5 which I recently started actually tells you the therapies and treatments that have worked and the science behind it instead of just spouting out horrible awful things that happened to people (idk why my silly brain expected to be okay with that)

Started this book so long ago and it’s so informative and we talked about it in my neuroscience classes but so triggering so it’s been hard to make it through.
