got a stomach ache again
which is how this book also left me feeling

like i need to take a shit to cleanse myself

before this reading experience
i would’ve said this author was one to watch out for
solely bc of the angel series i mentioned before

i haven’t reread that series
so i’m going off the vague memories and feeling it left me
which were mostly positive
even if i can’t recall most of the details at all

repeating myself
the one light were the fmcs quirks and quips
the resilient women

not enough fucking bloodshed and justice and vengeance for those fuckers thaf deserve it
mainly everyone that raped finnick

all the abuse in this series kept being brought up
but somehow glossed over and minimalized
worse is no get backs

i hate it

leaves a foul stench in my mouth and soul

i need to find a new book to dive into asap and forget i read this

just woke from a nap ten twenty minutes ago
so i forgot what all happened in lately
it’s all very vague rn

which is for the best i think

otherwise i’d prob be too bored and annoyed to keep reading

although i’ll still be skim reading

ive been over this series since book two started honestly

idk how this is the same author as that angel series
fucking shit writing at times

until the fmc is making quips and threats
literally the only thing worth reading since the start

i’m going to try to skim read this as fast as i can
i’m so ready to be done with this mediocre plot
