And some of the dialogue in the manga is actually funnier than in the anime. But Twilight’s character in the beginning I think was less likable compared to the anime, like more harsh. But after he saved Anya from those people he really did change. That was like a big moment for his character. He cared about Anya after that. Overall I think this is the best manga I’ve ever read so far.

Like when Twilight arrives at the party sticks up for Yor when that co worker basically called her a prostitute. The dialogue was so much better in the manga I really don’t know why they changed it. Also whenever Twilight apologized to Yor about saying he’s her husband it was so much more real and sincere than in the anime. Like he WAS really sorry.

I really admire that and appreciate it. TBH I think I might actually prefer the manga over the anime. Sometimes the dialogue in the manga is a bit harsher than the anime but besides that I think there are more things I like about the manga. I think Anya is so much cuter but I also think Yor is less cute and more scary. Some of the dialogue I kinda wish they didn’t change cause it was so good.

I loved reading this. The panel work is soooo good and everything just flows together so beautifully. It’s never confusing at all. And Endo really does go above and beyond with the detail and time and care that he puts into his art. There are so many panels that have tens of people and he draws Every. Single. One. He didn’t have to draw all those people and put that much time into his drawing BUT HE DID.
