I've noticed that Cassandra Clare has a fixation on men wearing boxer shorts lol
She has written that several times during this book and also in Better in Black. She might think they look hot, which I don't agree, but to each their own! Lol

So, Cassandra just altered the events or simply forgot that Charlotte was pregnant with TWINS at the end of Chain of Thorns!!!!! Matthew is not going to have a brother or a sister, he's going to have TWO SIBLINGS.
These Kickstarter books are just poorly edited. They need a fact revisor and an editor.
