45% of the way through, and this book is still about nothing. Why do I keep trying these books? Who are the thousands of poor souls who think these are 4-stars-worthy? Is some of it clever? Sure. Can you carry an entire fucking novel on a few pithy witticisms? This book is proof that surely you cannot. It should be called "When will SOMETHING ACTUALLY HAPPEN?"
