Interesting section spotlighting the injustices of the Spanish crown:
- They did not pay the tobacco planters the full price for their tobacco; in fact they paid an extremely low price and then manufactured it or resold it from there (presumably at a higher price)
- They however did not impede the cattle business (because it wasn’t up to par with Spain’s at the time anyway).
