idk if it’s intentional on the part of the author but it’s very interesting how the women suffer for the children more than the men RE actually feeding them meanwhile the men get to drink and brood about supporting their families. like one of the kids took a bite out of the wife’s leg and the husband is like well that’s still my kid. ok but did you lose a chunk
