carlota is bad b!!! she is cooler than Maximilian. also crazy to me how they're so bent out of shape about accepting the crown but mexico doesn't even want them. but also BJ is hiding out there. so tough spot. this whole thing is crazy and speaks to how quickly morals can fall to hubris. love. can see how this became a telenovela.
