This book is so interesting. Like a reverse Groundhog Day where everyone BUT the one repeating the same year ages and knows what's going on. I feel like it's a story about a child with an intellectual disability of some sort. Because the child never ages and everyone around him has to kind of protect him about his previous memories so as to not upset him. Idk if it's right, but that's how it feels right now!
