I can tell the books gearing up to something now. I’m glad because I think the book was really spinning its wheels for about 100 pages. There’s only so many times you can create a highly absurd unreal scene predicated on cruelty with little deeper themes and it be entertaining.

I’m going to recommend this book to my year seven students. 😈
