Be kind and compassionate to yourself, the one who has to deal with layers and layers of pain and brokenness.
But I know that Allah is willing to stay with me in my exploration of being compassionate towards myself, for He is compassionate to others and to me. He is Most Merciful and Gentle in allowing me to attend to myself and does not rush me.

It takes more than just one or twice to train us to be compassionate towards ourselves. Allowing anger to destroy our body and engaging in bad habits to drown out the pain is a way of being cruel to the self. It is important to stop this vicious cycle by practicing self-love and taking care our bodies.

Being compassionate to ourselves really is the beginning for us to be comfortable with ourselves and learn not to judge ourselves too much. When trying to identify the concerns we are going through, develop mindfulness instead of overidentifying our weakness and perceived mistakes.

God will be by your side, even when you are not. When you come back to yourself, you will come back to God. Faith will guide you, Faith is your superpower. Faith will show you the light where it brings you, to you.

As we continue living with the ups and downs of life, is to realize that we are always growing. When you grow, you go with the flow, when you grow you allow yourself to be confronted by new things and new people. When you grow, you will be introduced to a new version of you that you have never seen before.

Remember, being flexible and adaptable is key to thriving in a world that's constantly evolving. Because the world is constantly evolving and life is constantly changing, this means the way we deal with our brokenness also needs to be flexible.

It's not wrong to think of help and to seek support but we also do not want to fall into the trap of being vulnerable to the wrong circle of people when they betray your trust, you might close your door to being vulnerable forever.

We need to keep breaking our heart till it finally opens. So if you build more shells around your heart, you keep training your heart to be stone cold, how then can your loved ones reach out to you?
It is okay to let God know you cannot bear it any longer. It is okay to be the real you. The real you will attract real friends. The real you will guide you to the right action steps to take.

We are all different, with our own unique circumstances. Look around, everyone else has their set of stories too, so comparing doesn't make any sense, because we walk our paths differently.

To be strong is not to be firm and rigid. We humans are created with flaws, it is in our nature to commit sin and mistakes, but we can repent, we do wrong but we can become better.
