It took awhile to get to the point where it really feels like things are happening in this book… but here I am, at the start of part two. It’s getting better now, thankfully — here’s hoping that can continue to be true.

This book is a roller coaster of exciting/interesting and dull/confusing, teeter-tottering back and forth between the two. I’m still trying to form my full opinion of it.

Just when I thought I was tracking what’s going on in this audiobook… I am apparently at least partially lost again. At least I know enough to be somewhat invested now… I may need to listen to this all over again at the end, if I care enough. We’ll see.
