Inventory, manpower and capacity. It is important to organize these and align them so that the process we are optimizing is the best possible. It is also important to check for biggest bottlenecks and make sure they are in the calculation. Really good examples on how we should analyze systems and find mistakes in them, also we should try to find place to optimize it.

It gave me some really cool knowledge about what manager actually means and how important it is. Really interested in hearing all about one on ones.
