Explained importance of leverage. As managers, we should always try to be at point of most leverage, this is sometimes really hard since we have so many things at once and we need to select most important ones. Also, manager always have more work, its and endless job.

It well explained the monitoring process and cost cutting. Also advantages are well described as well as potential problems we can have.

Inventory, manpower and capacity. It is important to organize these and align them so that the process we are optimizing is the best possible. It is also important to check for biggest bottlenecks and make sure they are in the calculation. Really good examples on how we should analyze systems and find mistakes in them, also we should try to find place to optimize it.
