I listened to this most of the day at work today and am really getting into it! I just finished the chapters about the interviews she did during the Egypt and Israel conflict in the Jimmy Carter years.... I think. And I loved the chapters on her relationship with her daughter, Jackie, and Jackie's difficult years and feelings about being adopted. I also appreciate her insights on interview questions and techniques.

I switched to her memoirs after the author of the biography I was reading mentioned it and kept quoting from it. I feel like that author used this book as her primary source because the first few chapters provided the same information in the same order. Better to hear it from the source first, so that's what I'm doing.
