It’s been a second since I read, but this section I just read is getting into the subject matter I’ve been curious about. I know someone has to find that painting in the storage.

Theo’s life is pretty monotonous and depressing right now, but the mention of the newspaper article about the paintings is intriguing. Also, good to know he hasn’t completely forgotten Boris.

I do not want Theo to end up at boarding school. He needs to live his life for a second. I’m waiting for someone to find out he has the painting because that’s when things will get interesting.

I’m glad Theo is back in New York, no matter how awful the journey is. I knew he’d find his way back to Hobie. Now I’m waiting for someone to find out that he has the painting.

I am sad that Theo and Boris had to part ways. I knew there was unspoken tension between them, so the kiss didn’t surprise me. I am actually getting a little emotional over this book.

Well, I guess Theo is an orphan now! I don’t know what I was expecting to happen but it was NOT this. I knew his dad’s business would catch up with him, but wow. I cannot wait to see how the rest of this plays out. It’s safe to say I’m really invested.

I completely called it that Theo’s dad was mixed up in some shady stuff. I know it’s gonna bite him in the butt later. Also, Boris has got to break up with this girl. I am so astounded at their behavior, are they ok?

Just started Chapter 6, and my theories were correct. I knew they were a little too close for comfort. I’m interested to see what happens with this Kotku situation. Also, Boris has no business saying the n word like this.

I just finished Chapter 5. Boris and Theo need to stop drinking and just admit they’re in love with each other. They’re so trauma bonded.

I have been enjoying reading about Boris and Theo, but something really shady is going on with Boris’s dad. I absolutely can’t put this book down.
