had to trudge through the chapter listing basically all the things that could go wrong transitioning to CNM— and it was a little overwhelming, a lot of it didn’t feel relevant to me and my path. but i’m happy to have exposure to these unique situations, god forbid i find myself in any of them haha!

I did not expect the whole first half of this book to be a detailed explanation of the psychology behind our sense of safefty and security throughout our entire lives?? I ADORE this book so far!!

One thing she talked about was "Pre-traumatic stress" (a result of climate change) and how it affects our sense of saftey/purpose--i fucking cried! It was so validating to hear her talk about it, I REALLY needed that :,)
