Does this girl ever get over anything ever???? This entire book has just been revisiting past scenes, saying something rash about them, making the guy flush, he goes silent and shes sad and then to fix that she tries to make him FLUSH again 🤦‍♀️ Howwww many times do we need to revisit that tree scene

This author uses the word “flushes” so much

The characters in this book are so Nina and Matthias coded!!! I loved the tree scene and it has one of my favourite tropes ever!

It’s kinda miserable rn 😭. If reminds me of shadow and bone (probably because of all of the names) It’s also very bloody
