I've been reading this book for ages simply because of how bleak it is. I am at a lighter point, but I expect it to get worse again. I should have known... picking up a Matthew Stover SW entry.

My lors this is BLEAK. Matt Stover is only called in for devastating books it seems. But this is so dark it doesn't even feel like Star Wars rn.

For a SW novel to already deal w brutal war, SA, loss of humanity, corpses etc. ROUGH.
I am vastly enjoying getting to know Mace in this way and I want to learn about Depa.
