Again, I need an entire day without kids so I can just devour this novel. I just want to appreciate the beautiful prose and storytelling, it's hard when I have to put the book down every few minutes to tend to children.

I just want to feel how I felt last book, I know I'll get there. But I'm definitely in a lull.

The conclusion of Mistborn left me in such a high, I’m failing my dive into the second book. It’s almost like starting from scratch and I still wish there was momentum. I won’t give up, but I may take a break.
