This book is heavy. It's like reading a more detailed version of the Pearl Harbor movie, and that movie makes me sob, no matter how many times I have seen it. I had to take a break last night because it was just so sad and horrific. Soraya Lane has done a good job of bringing the emotions of the reader to the surface, and I'm not even a third of the way through.
