seeing by the cover of the book coming out in september, ilya and shane are in the same costume and it’s the ottowa costume. so clearly this book ends with shane leaving montreal and joining ilya’s team. idk how to feel about that bc it may feel like shane’s way of proving to ilya that he’s also capable of making sacrifices like “i love you so much that i’m leaving my good team just like you did”

heh. 67. no way they were gonna have ilya die in a plane crash. also rachel reid announced a third shane/ilya book is coming out in september. so so excited!! which means we’ll be getting a season 3 too? hope so!!

team ilya wow shane is really oblivious to what he’s going through and how much he’s given up for him and the relationship. why is shane is so scared of going public? also his diet being mentioned every time he’s involved is annoying. it’s giving eating disorder

kinda slow at reading atm. i saw a tiktok selling montreal metros merch and all the comments were saying don’t buy metros merch. i think it has something to do with this book. does he leave? on bad terms? hudson williams also said shane has good communication “in heated rivalry” as if in the long game he won’t? interesting

i wonder what the main plot of this one will be. i don’t wanna read the blurb. maybe the same vibe as kip and scott? ilya ready to be public but shane not? or maybe more of him grieving his mom? i thought i saw fan art of them with a baby named arthur so maybe they adopt a child too. idk but i’m excited
