Did not expect to be gifted so many truths about motherhood after childhood trauma. The Gwyneth Paltrow silliness gives me giggles and lightens what otherwise is a very real (& stressful!) portrayal of anxiety cptsd brain. The poor reviews make me think how nice it must be for you to have no experience in that :)
