... that involved a few mysteries, like Reyna's first husband's death/murder, also liked the little tidbits about the Crusades & Templar knights. The other big one was Elizabeth from Ian's past which proved this to be a show don't tell book bc I felt kinda in the dark when she was brought up. But all loose ends were wrapped up nicely. Liked the romance, the characters, and the plot. Easily a strong 4 stars.

P sure I finished this a couple of days ago now. But MH books always hit! Didn't realize that this one connected to two others that I haven't read... so the appearances of the other couples was kinda cringe but the group dynamics between all 6 people were fun to read, they stood as their own characters I suppose. This was also longer than I thought it'd be.. which makes sense bc there was an actual plot here...
