You ever read one line in a book and just think “yep, I don’t think I can make it through this because what in the hell is “Lip balm’s smudged on— because my lips are chapped, no other reason” ? Yes well done, we discovered the purpose of lip balm.

Why are the sentences so short in this book? Why does the protagonist hate her dad but also simultaneously expects him to give her $38,000 for college? Bye.
