Pretty sure this could be more effectively overviewed in a 30 page paper. Half way through and I’m confident this is a single chapter over extended into a full book.
Initial impressions: strong communicators can read the room, cue that they’re listening to other speakers, and are empathetic and responsive to others.
This is not worthy of a book. I’m already frustrated to be reading so much of this book.
