I couldn’t figure out why I already liked the book by the first two chapters, and then I realized… WATTPAD VIBES! We’re so back - the nostalgic part of me that’s still 13 years old craves it. // All jokes aside, the first handful of chapters are a really good set-up to the story, with no fillers, which is a characteristic of those Wattpad fanfics I used to read.

Some of this stuff is really saddening to read about. Not profoundly upsetting as if it were poetic, but just very raw and to-the-point. Everyone handles pain differently, but it always helps to have someone who can be by your side through it.
