This book is about 3 generations of family. A grandmother, mother, and grandson. They ech tell their point of view well. They each need each other in a strong way, but circumstances have then all disjointed. They need one another badly. I forsee a reconciliation between the mother and daughter.

The story starts off as a poignant telling of a mother and her son who are experiencing homelessness.
