ok. going to put a theory out there. it's because of which tape they used. if they had used the tape that asakawa copied for ryuji, they would be safe. it's a chain. you have to keep connecting the chain, not by watchers specifically, but the tape used.

I LOVE WHEN THERE'S MEDICAL PUZZLES IN MY BOOKS. YAY USE MY DNA AND BLOOD AS CLUES TO A RIDDLE. i love the puzzles in these book. it feels somehow more investigative.
