It strikrs me that in complete contrast to "Orlando" this is completely thought through and so reasonable and fantastical at the same time.

[Book:mrs Dalloway] references too, do i need to read that as well to bettrr understand this?

my plan is to read this and to howl at the moon again by reading virgina Woolf's orlando and then to come back to this a 2nd time
