Im self employed but ive had coworkers i like before and bet your a** I didnt tell them my VERY personal business, either. "Plz dont be mad at me" Nina. stop. You dont owe your coworker an explination. Full stop.
Gross. I hate 50% of the characters at this point, including Nina, honestly.

If all these "patient shot by her husband" references aren't actually foreshadowing I'll be so disappointed. I thought I was accidently re-reading earlier in the book again when she had nearly the same exact inner dialog about the patient with the gunshot wound that ended up being fatal and this is the THIRD mention thus far. Repetitive drinking bingo, anyone? A shot for every time Nina brings this up?! 🤣

Im worried Jakeson might be dead for real.

Im 31% in and I'm very suspicious of Jakeson... (iykyk) and Im not sure if Christian and Lily are couple goals or absolutely idiots who end up on Dumb Criminals.
Also suspish about Lily's character....I've noticed a lot of emphasis on the sweetness of her character and Im not sure I buy it 👀
