The alternating chapters between the past and present help the slow burn romance of this installment. Annie and Mac are the most believable couple in Dream Harbor so far. At least they HAVE history and haven’t just fallen into head over heels sex obsession.

Because I hate myself, but the narrator for this one has changed so maybe it won’t be as awful?
