I do like this section about apologies though. But i think there should be a section about when it is appropriate to apologise vs when ur being strong armed into it and you havent done anything wrong

Appreciate what hes doing but that is applicable to small talk and adults, the kid example was whack there’s 0 change of that working

I understand using self depreciating humour to build rapport w ppl but i do feel like ppl are shifting away from this (in terms of how comfortable they are w it) so not sure I agree this is still good to do
