So far this book is just odd to me. Random lusty observations out of nowhere, characters I thought were middle-aged suddenly turn out to be young and very attractive, characters I initially thought were supposed to be sympathetic turn out to be annoying to everyone … it’s a little confusing. Pausing this one too.
