THE QUEST: So far I think this book's ARCHETYPE is the quest. I think this because Veronica right now is homeless, her mother is sick and she doesn't have enough time to make a lot of money because she's in college. So she's living with Caleb and trying to work her way to getting a house. That's basically what the book revolves around and that's why I think it's the quest.

INCITING: The narrative event that launched the main action was definitely Victoria, or red (nickname) wearing a bright red dress. That bright red dress made the male lead -Caleb- notice her. She was then almost kidnapped by somebody and Caleb saved her. He brought her into the car, then made a contract together so they could live together, creating the story of Chasing Red.
