I’m not sure if I’m vibing with the main character rn and this book needs more stakes and drama for me to be interested let me continue reading and see what happens

This book is kind of boring rn but maybe I’ll just speed up the audiobook to get through it

The reason for their break up is a bit contrived

“He places it on the table, flips it open – and promptly knocks his drink over,”

“Hot Guy takes the lid off the cup”

“He blows over his drink only to set it back down again.”

This is a nitpick but it’s bothering me. He spills his drink & then magically has it again w/o getting up to buy another one??? How did an editor miss this??

I’m gonna be honest idk if I’m vibing with this MC…she’s a bit too whiny and insecure for me at the moment
