I knew it about pei. I think her chapters are the most unique voice wise. I wish there was more ouloo after that first chapter, I love that funky llama mom. The pacings pretty slow but I like the worldbuilding

Overall, interesting worldbuilding and characters, boring plot. I kept expecting some payoff for the whole 'all the satellites are falling from the sky' but that never did more than just Be the impetus for everyone to stay on ground. Felt more like a slow character study than anything, which I'd probably like more when I didn't pick it up for a more actiony plot. Good, but slow

I was wondering if Pei was the aeulon from the first book, then she said that she had a human friend and Yup, thats her. Really enjoying the harried llama alien single mother and the chicken alien that cant come out of her suit or she'll die. I could hear Chekovs gun being loaded on That line
